Reservations are based on the number of seats needed. Use the guide below to select the correct number of reservation spots in the PARTICIPANTS section when booking. NEW: Participants is total number of seats needed. Your reservation guarantees seating for the number of participants registered, not exclusive use of an entire table. During busy times, unused seats may be shared with other customers. One non-painter per group is complimentary. Each additional non-painter is subject to a $15 sitting fee, which may be used to donate a Believe Mug to a local cancer patient. Please contact us before your visit if your group size changes! How Long Can We Create? Open Paint sessions, including walk-ins and reservations, include 2 hours of creative time. Except our Friday and Saturday sessions beginning at 7 PM allow up to 3 hours, ending when we close at 10 PM. "Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Arriving late does not extend your scheduled session." Need a little more creative time? Just ask our staff! Additional time may be available depending on table availability and studio hours, but cannot be guaranteed. Didn't Finish Your Project? No worries! You're welcome to return during another 2-hour Open Paint session to finish your project for an $8 return studio fee. Working on a larger project? We understand that some projects take extra time and may require 2–3 visits to complete. For qualifying large or detailed projects, we'll waive the return studio fee! Our staff will let you know if your project qualifies.
