Paint Your Hearts Out offers several fundraising options, from canvas paint parties and seasonal ornament events to our special Believe Big Mug Program. We provide the creative space, supplies and guidance. You bring the people and the purpose.

🎨 Canvas Paint Fundraiser
Gather your group for a fun canvas painting experience while raising money for your organization.
Project value: $35+ per painter
Your organization receives:
Participation Donation
8–14 painters No donation
15–19 painters $4 per painter
20+ painters $5 per painter
💰 Want to Raise Even More?
Increase your event ticket price by $5–$7 per guest, and we'll add that amount to the base donation.
That means your organization could receive:
15–19 painters → $9–$11 per painter
20+ painters → $10–$12 per painter
🎄Ornament Fundraiser
A fun option for schools, organizations, holiday groups and community events.
Ornaments: $15 each
Each painter may purchase up to 4 ornaments.
The more ornaments your group paints, the more your organization earns:

50 or fewer No donation
51–100 $1 per ornament
101+ $3 per ornament
Sell 75 ornaments → Raise $75
Sell 125 ornaments → Raise $375
💗 Believe Big Mug Program
Paint a Mug. Encourage a Cancer Patient.
We're honored to participate in the Believe Big Mug Program, giving our community an opportunity to use creativity to encourage local cancer patients.
This fundraiser works differently from our traditional fundraising events. Instead of raising money for your organization, your time and creativity become the donation.
Choose How You Participate
Paint a mug to keep: $20
or
Paint a mug to donate: $15
When you choose to donate your mug, Paint Your Hearts Out provides a $5 discount to support the program.
After firing, we'll deliver donated mugs directly to the local Cancer Center.
🎨 Donated Mug Guidelines
Create with any colors and designs you'd like, with just a few special guidelines:
✓ The only word that may be written is “Believe”
✓ No names or initials
✓ No additional words
Bring a Group
8–19 painters: Your group may participate as a regular reservation, or reserve the studio privately with an additional $100 private booking fee.
20–42 painters: Your group qualifies for a private event with the $100 booking fee waived as another way Paint Your Hearts Out supports the cause.
*No additional monetary donation is made to Believe Big through this program. The donated mugs and your creativity are the contribution.
How Fundraiser Donations Work:
The more participation your fundraiser generates, the more your organization can earn!
To receive fundraising proceeds, the benefiting organization must be a qualified 501(c)(3) and provide the appropriate donation receipt/invoice.
Donation proceeds are issued by business check directly to the organization named on the documentation.
If documentation isn't available on the event date, we'll hold the donation for up to 30 days or by January 15 of the following year for tax purposes, whichever comes first.
If the required documentation isn't received by the deadline, the donation will be forfeited.
