🎨 Canvas Painting Party
$340 for up to 8 painters
Additional painters: $30 each
Choose a 9×12 canvas design and we'll guide your group step-by-step from blank canvas to finished painting. Everyone takes their artwork home the same day.

🏺 Ceramic Pick & Paint Party
$340 for up to 8 painters
Additional painters: $30 each
Each guest chooses an in-stock ceramic piece valued up to $30 and paints it their own way.
Choose glaze & kiln firing for pickup in approximately 7–10 days, or acrylics to take your project home the same day.
Guests choosing a piece over $30 simply pay the difference. Projects selected under $30 do not receive a refund for the difference.
 
🌀 Mini Pottery Wheel Party
$400 for up to 8 potters
Additional potters: $40 each | Maximum 10
Get behind the wheel! We'll teach your group step-by-step as each guest creates two pottery pieces, glazes them the same day and leaves them with us for kiln firing.

🤲 Clay Hand-Building Party
$380 for up to 8 potters
Additional potters: $35 each
Create a clay project from scratch with step-by-step instruction. Each guest receives 1 lb. of clay, creates their project during the party and chooses a glaze color. We'll glaze and kiln-fire the finished pieces after they've dried.
Pricing may vary for larger clay projects.

✨ Pick & Paint Creative Party
$380 for up to 8 painters
Additional painters: $35 each
Want everyone to choose their own adventure? Guests select from available Open Paint Studio projects and create at their own pace.
This option isn't taught step-by-step, but our staff is there to help whenever someone needs a creative nudge.

💎 Glass & Resin Party
$540 for up to 8 guests
Additional guests: $55 each | Ages 13+
Choose from one of our Glass & Resin designs and we'll guide your group step-by-step. Includes simple glass cutting and everything needed to create your finished artwork.

🌊 Sea Glass Tree Party
$540 for up to 8 guests
Additional guests: $55 each | Ages 13+
Create one of our beautiful sea glass tree designs with step-by-step instruction. Your group chooses from available designs and we'll provide the materials and guidance.

How Payment Works
Hostess Paying for Full Party: 
The host can pay $100 Deposit up front,  then their project and their guests projects (must meet minimum requirements)

or The host can pay the full party up front.  

Hostess & Guests Paying Individually:
Prefer everyone pay for themselves? We can provide a private registration link for your party.

The host pays the deposit ($100 for Sun - Thurs and Fri. & Sat. morning parties and $250 for Fri. and Sat. Night parties), plus their own project fee.  Guests will register and pay their minimum project fee individually.

The host is responsible for any unregistered spots needed to meet the minimum number of participants for the selected party package.

Good to Know:

Party Attendance:
For teen parties, parents and family members may stay and watch. We simply ask that everyone keep walkways and instructor areas clear.

For adult parties, all attendees must participate in the selected project. Non-painting guests are not permitted.

 

• Note:  Final headcount is due one week prior to the party so supplies can be ordered and shipping time allotted for. 

• Remaining payment is due at end of party.  Host/Hostess is responsible for making sure guests that are responsible for their own projects have paid their balance if any.  If not Host/Hostess will be responsible for paying balances.

🍷 Food & Drinks
Light snacks and drinks are welcome, along with simple decorations.

For adult parties, guests age 21+ may bring alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not permitted during glass parties. ID may be requested.

Groups under 38 will have one table available for a food and drink station. For groups of 38–42, snacks and drinks will need to remain at your painting tables due to space limitations.
We recommend washing hands after eating, as grease and lotions can affect paints and glazes.

🧹 Clean-Up
We'll handle all of the art clean-up! Hosts are responsible for cleaning up food and decorations and taking decorations with them. Excessive mess may result in a $40 cleaning fee.

⏰ Arrival
Hosts may arrive 10–15 minutes early for setup. Please ask guests to arrive no more than 5 minutes early so you have a chance to get settled before everyone arrives.

🎁 Finished Projects
Acrylic projects: Go home the same day.
Glazed ceramics: Typically ready in 7–10 days.
For teen parties, the host picks up all finished projects. For adult parties, we can notify individual guests when their projects are ready if preferred.
