Paint Your Hearts Out Mobile Parties bring the supplies, instruction and creative fun directly to your location for groups of 20–150+ painters.
Perfect for schools, churches, corporate events, birthdays, community gatherings and large celebrations.

🎨 Canvas Paint Party
Ages 4+ |
Minimum painters: 20+ on Sun, Tues–Thu; 30+on Fri–Sat
We'll guide your group step-by-step through a 9×12 canvas painting while providing everything needed to create their masterpiece.
20–49 painters: $500 includes 20 painters, $25 each additional painter
50+ painters:$1,245 includes 50 painters, $20 each additional painter

🪵 Wood Panel Paint Party
Ages 4+ |
Minimum painters: 20+ on Sun, Tues–Thu; 30+on Fri–Sat
Create on a 12×12 wood panel with step-by-step instruction from our team. We bring the project materials, paints and supplies to your location.
20–49 painters: $700 includes 20 painters, $35 each additional painter
50+ painters: $1,745 includes 50 painters, $30 each additional painter

💗 Believe Big Team-Building Project

Minimum painters: 20+ on Sun, Tues–Thu; 30+on Fri–Sat
Create together while making a difference.
Each participant paints two 12 oz. ceramic mugs: One to KEEP ❤️ | One to DONATE 💗
$700 includes 20 participants, $35 each additional participant
Each donated mug is painted with the word “Believe” and is given to our local cancer center to offer encouragement to a cancer patient.
The second mug is yours to personalize however you'd like and keep after firing.
We glaze and kiln-fire the mugs so they're food and drink safe. Finished mugs are typically ready approximately 10 days after the event.
The event host will be notified when the finished mugs are ready for pickup and is responsible for distributing the keepsake mugs to participants.

*Access to water for filling and emptying paint water-cups.
Booking & Payment
A $100 non-refundable deposit reserves your event date.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
Mobile events include approximately 1 hour set up time, 2 hours of instruction plus 30 minutes for clean-up.
Additional event time is $50 per hour and is not prorated.

How Much Space Do We Need?
Your location should provide enough tables and chairs to comfortably seat all registered painters, along with working space for our instructors and supplies. We'll talk through your setup and event space with you before your event.
